My 4 Easy Steps:

1. Peel, core and chop the rosy red apple

2. Add all the ingredients into the blender

3. Blend until your super happy with the consistency

4. Pour into your cute glass or pretty maison jar and enjoy your cheap pretty drink !

The ‘Behind The Scenes’ Magic …

Why pomegranate…

If you’ve read my other post, you’ll know I’ve bragged a few times about this magical creation! Pomegranate is the saviour to nearly all health problems, but most importantly… it cures irritable facial spots! It contains Punic acid (an omega 3 fatty acid) which hydrates your skin cells and seals in luxurious moisture! It’s gentle for all skin types, whether you struggle with dry, oily or sensitive skin… so works wonders if you have sensitive spot-prone skin like me!

Why rosy red apples…

You must have heard the proverb ‘an apple a day keeps doctors away’… but more importantly… they keep the spots away too! This is because they contain nutrients like Vitamin C and A which nourish your skin and boost your complexion!

Why Greek yogurt…

This is one is as plain and simple as the yogurt itself… it contains lactic acid which soothes and tightens your skin cells! Also it’s natural antibacterial and antifungal properties fight the bacteria which clog up your pores!

So drink up!!!! Your body and skin will thank you later

Please try my recipe, and comment any feedback you may have!

I’m currently exploring new foods that bring magical health benefits to your skin, which I’ll soon be adding to my ‘SeJuice Your Skin’ collection… SO STAY POSTED!
